Terms of Use
These terms describe authorized use of promobot admin, an access-restricted tool for advertising management and analytics. Service contact: info@promobot.app.
Authorized use
Use is limited to people granted access by the service administrator. You may connect and manage only accounts, business assets and data that you are authorized to access. Publishing this documentation or enabling the Meta application does not grant public access to the administration interface.
Advertising and integrations
You are responsible for the accuracy and authorization of advertising content, targeting, budgets and instructions you submit, and for compliance with applicable platform rules and law. Activating advertising may incur charges from the advertising platform. Connecting an integration authorizes the requested operations within the permissions granted. Meta and other providers apply their own terms, technical limits and review procedures.
Account security
Keep login credentials and access tokens confidential. Do not use the service to access another person's data without authorization, interfere with its operation, or circumvent access controls. Report suspected unauthorized access to the service contact.
Availability and reporting
Features depend on third-party APIs and may change or be interrupted. Reports can be delayed, incomplete or affected by attribution and measurement differences. The service does not guarantee ad approval, campaign performance, sales or revenue. Review settings and results before making spending decisions.
Data and disconnection
Information handling is described in the Privacy Policy. Administrators may disconnect integrations or request deletion as described in the Data Deletion Instructions. Disconnecting the service does not automatically pause campaigns already running on Meta; manage their delivery in Ads Manager.
Access and changes
The service administrator may restrict access to protect the service or address unauthorized use. Updates to these terms will be published here. These terms do not exclude rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
