Privacy Policy
This policy describes how promobot admin, an access-restricted advertising and analytics tool, processes information. It also covers these public documentation pages. Contact the service administrator at info@promobot.app for privacy questions and requests.
Information processed
When an authorized administrator connects Meta, the application can process their Meta user identifier and profile information returned with granted permissions, access credentials, authorized business and advertising account identifiers, connected Page and Instagram identifiers, advertising creatives, campaign settings, budgets, delivery status and performance statistics. The permissions granted and connected assets determine the information available.
The analytics system also processes information received through connected websites and payment or bot integrations: visits and campaign attribution, technical identifiers, IP address and browser information where collected, order references, payment status, amount and currency, and customer contact or bot identifiers where supplied by those integrations. Customer-facing websites and services may have additional privacy notices.
Purposes and access
Information is used to authenticate authorized administrators, manage advertising they are authorized to manage, measure campaign performance, connect advertising activity with orders, support integrations, and investigate delivery or technical issues. Access to the administration interface is restricted. These public pages do not expose account data or credentials.
Providers and disclosures
Information is processed by the hosting, storage, authentication and integration providers used to operate the service. These include Cloudflare for delivery and storage, Meta for advertising and conversion measurement, and Google Analytics where configured on connected websites. Conversion measurement may send event and matching information to the configured destination. Providers may process information in countries other than the user's country. Information may also be disclosed when required by applicable law or to protect the service against abuse.
Retention and security
Connected account information and reporting records are retained while needed for authorized operation, reporting and support. Access tokens are used to maintain authorized connections. Revoking access prevents future access using the revoked permission, but does not itself erase previously stored records. Records requested for deletion are reviewed and removed when no longer required; records that must be retained for legal, accounting or security purposes may be retained for those purposes. Backup copies may persist until their normal replacement or expiry.
Access controls and encrypted network connections are used to protect the service. No system can guarantee absolute security.
Cookies and technical requests
The administration interface uses authentication/session mechanisms. These documentation pages contain no advertising pixel or analytics script added by promobot. Hosting and security providers may process request metadata and use security mechanisms when serving them.
Your choices and requests
You may disconnect the Meta integration or revoke its permissions through your Meta account settings. To request access, correction, deletion or clarification of information associated with you or an account you administer, contact info@promobot.app. We may request proportionate verification before acting. See Data Deletion Instructions. Rights and any retention exceptions depend on applicable law.

Changes to this policy are published on this page with an updated date. Contact the service administrator if you need clarification about a change.
